After receiving my Ph.D, Duke U, I joined the CIA as an analyst. I continued my connection with the CIA as a consultant, but joined the political science faculty at Tulane University in 1965. While there I taught classes, wrote books, received various distinctions, was chair of polsci and deputy provost of the university. Bought out in 2003 and moved to CT, presently a private investor in Greenwich. Active in public life, I served on the La. Elections Integrity Coms, various offices in CT including member of that state's Brd of Governors for Higher Education. Presently I am a member of Greenwich's Representative Town Meeting, the town's legislature.
